Christian Galan has spent 7 of the past 10 years in director-level roles at healthcare startups - including developing $8M in health system partnerships for the largest online booking marketplace and as the first partnerships hire for a value-based care organization where he tripled revenue and increased utilization by 2.5x.

 

Christian has also held data-driven roles as a business analyst, most recently at Meta, where he managed projects between the social media giant and some of the world’s largest enterprise software companies.

Christian returned to his roots in healthcare in 2023 where he developed the financial model used to acquire a $16M publicly traded asset and guided founders on account strategy for a pilot that secured a $2M seed funding.
